I don't know why so many conservatives like Trump

Okay, so maybe a lot of them don't. Two party system, lesser of two evils, blah blah blah.

But Trump says and does things that if he were running as a democrat, he would be seen as unpatriotic. He attacked McCain for getting captured in Vietnam, saying that he was a loser and stuff. He more recently attacked the Muslim father of a war hero by saying nasty things about him. This stuff is sickening. It's classic Trump, I'm numb to it after him being in the race for over a year, but could you imagine a liberal saying this stuff? They would be seen as unpatriotic commies who hate this country and hate our troops. But because the guy has an R after his name, many on the right seem to be overlooking his lack of discretion here. Some may even enthusiastically support the guy. It's crazy.
