So, AOC brought articles of impeachment against Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito for corruption. I approve of this move. Clarence Thomas has been taking "gifts" (read: bribes) from prominent conservatives for a while and has been far from impartial in his role as supreme court justice. Samual Alito also seems overly politicized and biased.
Honestly, whether these accusations are serious enough to be taken seriously is debatable, but I am willing to have this conversation. SCOTUS is corrupt, it hasnt been impartial since Trump nominated his justices, and they are pretty extreme and biased. I think it's a risk to democracy, actually, given stuff like the recent presidential immunity decision. So yeah, let's see where this goes.
